As a certified equine facilitated coach, an artist, a lifelong horse woman, a mother of two, and highly sensitive person, I am here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to illuminate and explore your truth and regain wisdom. 

I guide people to find abundance, joy, love, purpose, and passion in life. I work with my amazing herd of geldings during the process. They love coaching and have so much to say to our clients! This is a boots-on-the-ground experience for those who are ready to take the next step in their personal growth toward human wholeness. This work is powerful and transformative. As a client myself of EFC, it changed my life through clarity and self knowledge that has helped tremendously in navigating life's challenges. It is my goal to pay that forward to whomever is ready for an upgrade. No gatekeeping here!

For my personal styling services, I spent over a decade in high end retail. I wore many hats: buyer, sales, displays, and management. My favorite moments were connecting people with the right products to highlight their authentic beauty. Clothing and personal style holds so much power and I developed a "Signature Style System" to demystify it for my clients. I am thrilled to see women look and feel iconic and empowered. I bring an artist's eye and an understanding of proportion, color, texture, and body lines. As a coach, I bring the compassion for the journey to authentic self expression. For me, that is fulfilling work. I aim to make it fortifying and fun for you!
