Why Equine Facilitated Coaching?
Horses are always tapped into the energy around them. As flight animals, nature has wired them with innate senses necessary for survival. Horses provide a powerful presence to each session, holding people to truth and the alignment of their words with their intentions. They can act as mirrors and guides in sessions; adding their deep intuition, their heightened emotional perception and providing a platform for real transformation. As herd animals, horses communicate relationally in a way that translates wisdom and guidance to human relationships, giving clients rare and directly honest feedback. As your trained coach, I hold space and safety for you with the horses and gently guide the sessions with questions.
